About us

Tiger Trail Travel is a family company founded in 2000 in Luang Prabang. We plan day walks, soft family days, culture, overland routes, active trails, and rides on our own bikes. More than sixty people work here, and the desk looks after upwards of 8,000 guests a year.

Why travel with us

Tours are built around a person, not a coach seat. Guides are employed, insured, and trained. FairTrek, begun in 2007, was the first community programme of its kind here. Village crews maintain trails that other companies also walk. Picnic lunches are packed in banana leaf, without MSG.

We keep our own vehicles, bikes, kayaks, and boats so the day does not depend on a borrowed fleet. Partners are ones we will name. Safety kits ride with every guide.
